Role of SoxDomains.com

SoxDomains.com offers access to the service as an independent reseller and supplier. The local contact, trustee or agent is supplied by an upstream provider, which may include 101domain or Mesh Digital depending on the TLD and transaction. SoxDomains.com is not the agent, legal representative, partner or employee of the registry, registrar, trustee or local contact and cannot bind them.

Eligibility and documents

The customer represents that it meets the TLD requirements, that the application and use are lawful and do not infringe trademarks or third-party rights, and that all data and documents are authentic, accurate and current. The provider or registry may require further verification, reject the application or require changes.

Acceptance and local-provider actions

The order is not effective until accepted by the provider and registry. The local contact role, authority, registrant structure and permitted actions depend on the applicable terms. SoxDomains.com does not control provider decisions, verification, communications, revocation or mandatory actions.

Service classification and administrative charges

An amount identified at checkout as a trustee, local-presence, local-contact or related service charge is separate from the domain registration price. The charge compensates the services applicable to the order, which may include providing a trustee or local contact, reviewing or coordinating documents, manually preparing, correcting or modifying registration data, processing the application with a provider or registry, or performing special administration of the domain.

The service label is a billing category and does not constitute a representation that the registry requires a trustee in every case. When trustee or local presence is not required, the displayed charge may apply to the manual processing, data modification or administrative services necessary to submit, complete or maintain the registration. The applicable charge must be presented separately before payment and is accepted when the customer authorizes the order.

Changes, suspension and termination

The service may be changed, suspended or terminated for nonpayment, chargeback, fraud, false data, loss of eligibility, rights infringement, prohibited use, governmental request, order, dispute, registry change or provider withdrawal. On termination, the domain may be suspended, cancelled or require a replacement contact under applicable rules.

Fees, disclosure and indemnity

Fees are displayed separately and are non-refundable after the local arrangement is submitted or established. Data may be disclosed to the provider, registry, registrar, authority or dispute provider when applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the customer will indemnify SoxDomains.com and the applicable provider for claims arising from false eligibility, documents, fraud, infringement, domain use or breach.
