YOUR PORTFOLIO. A CLEAR PLAN.

Domain management services

Your domains connect your brand, website and email. Give them the attention your business needs.

We help organize your portfolio and coordinate renewals, technical changes and international requirements, with clear owners and defined next steps.

Talk to our team

A proposal built around your domains, markets and needs.

Fewer scattered accounts. Clearer decisions.

One domain might belong to marketing, another may sit in a former supplier’s account, and a third could renew just before an important campaign. Domain management connects the pieces: who holds the registration, who approves changes, which services depend on the name, and when action is needed. It is not just about registering more names. It is about looking after the ones your business relies on.

SERVICE SCOPE

What we can manage with you

We agree on the tasks and domains covered before work begins. These are the areas we review with your team.

Inventory and ownership

Organize domains, registrars, registrants, contacts and internal owners. Identify critical names, outdated details and accounts that need access recovery.

Renewals and planning

Review expiration dates, registration terms and renewal options. Agree on who approves and pays for each renewal, and how to escalate pending items before they become urgent.

DNS and technical coordination

Document nameservers and records connecting your website, email and other services. Coordinate approved changes with your technical team, including checks before and after the work.

Transfers and consolidation

Assess which names can benefit from consolidation at SoxDomains and which need another procedure. Coordinate unlocking, authorization codes and validation for each extension.

International domains

Understand eligibility, documents and local-contact requirements by country. Review trustee options where available, without confusing that service with domain ownership.

Controls and portfolio reviews

Define authorized contacts and an approval path for changes. Review privacy, available protection options and the names worth keeping or retiring from your portfolio.

HOW WE WORK

From the first review to an organized operation

Every change starts with verified information and authorization. The scope of the service is agreed before tasks are carried out.

Four stages: domain inventory, plan approval, coordinated execution and ongoing review.
  1. Understand your portfolio

Share your domains, current registrars and priorities. We review ownership, expiration dates, access and website and email dependencies.

    Outcome: initial inventory and priorities.
  2. Agree on the plan

Define covered names, responsible contacts, permissions, tasks, costs and review frequency. Renewals and technical changes have an approval path.

    Outcome: documented scope and responsibilities.
  3. Coordinate the changes

Carry out approved tasks under the plan: eligible transfers, contact updates or DNS coordination. Check the status of the services involved.

    Outcome: documented and verified changes.
  4. Review and maintain

Review upcoming expirations, pending changes and new-market needs at the agreed intervals. Update the inventory as your portfolio changes.

Outcome: clear next steps and outstanding items.

Your website and email are not an afterthought.

Moving a domain between registrars does not mean we should change its hosting, email or DNS. We first review dependencies and preserve the necessary configuration. If a provider change also requires new nameservers or records, we treat it as a separate task, with authorization and a verification plan.

For businesses that need continuity across markets

This service can help when you manage brands in several countries, look after domains for multiple companies or need marketing, finance and technology to work together. It is also useful when your portfolio has grown and a spreadsheet no longer explains what to renew, who decides or what depends on each name.

Explore requirements by country

What to prepare for the conversation

  • Your domain list and current registrars.
  • The names supporting your website, email or campaigns.
  • Upcoming expiration dates and business priorities.
  • The contact who can approve changes and renewals.

Do not send passwords, transfer codes or identity documents in your first inquiry. Our team will explain the appropriate channel if they are needed.

A proposal with clear scope and costs

The assessment helps define tasks, covered domains and how we work with you. The proposal separates management from any registration, renewal, transfer, trustee, hosting or SSL costs. Timelines and protection options depend on the extension, provider and current domain status.

Brand monitoring, domain recovery and legal actions are not automatically included. Renewals and availability cannot be guaranteed without the required approvals, payments and applicable conditions.

Domain management questions

Not simply by engaging management services. Your organization retains its registration rights; any registrant change is a separate procedure that requires authorization and compliance with registry rules.

We do not assume every name should move. We review eligibility and the conditions of each extension to identify useful transfers and domains that require coordination with their current provider.

Yes, we can review the requirements of the extensions you need and coordinate the applicable process. Eligibility, documents and local-presence options vary by registry; we explain the requirements before proceeding.

Domain management coordinates those dependencies but does not automatically include these products. If you need hosting, email or SSL, we can add them to the proposal as separate services with their own terms and costs.

Include the domain and date when you contact our team. We first review its status and the options allowed by the extension; late renewal or recovery may have different conditions and fees and is not always possible.

Contact us through the SoxDomains portal with a description of your portfolio and the issues you want to resolve. Our team will review the case and provide a scope and proposal before work begins.
