Yes All .BY and .бел domains must be renewed 30 days before the expiration date. You cannot register domain names with both Latin and Cyrillic characters. You may register domains only in Latin or only in Cyrillic.

Yes You may register as an Organization outside of Belarus, as well as an Individual or Self-Employed Individual Outside of Belarus. For both categories of Individual Registrations: A passport or ID number, issuing country, and its issue date are required. We cannot register domains for Organizations or Individuals located in Belarus.

There is no grace period, if your domain is not renewed before its expiration date it is automatically deleted by the registry and then placed in an auction.
